WELCOME

At Webster Homes, we don’t build for the market. We build for people.

Every development we create is designed with a sense of place and a sense of purpose — where thoughtful design, quality materials, and lasting value come together in harmony.

Rooted in generations of family craftsmanship, we take pride in doing things properly. Our homes are crafted to feel instantly right, quietly luxurious, and beautifully enduring — spaces to grow in, settle in, and be proud of for years to come.

We keep things small by design, so we can focus on what matters: the detail, the finish, and the experience.

This isn’t just about building houses. It’s about creating homes that reflect lives in motion — with the care, integrity, and individuality that today’s discerning buyers deserve.

Lasting comfort starts with thoughtful design and uncompromising build quality.

We design and build homes with enduring character by combining timeless architecture, modern performance, and a deeper understanding of what makes a house a home.

Through careful design, sustainable choices, and personal attention at every stage, our team blends heritage, craftsmanship, and integrity into every home we create each designed to reflect the people who live in them.

OUR PURPOSE

HERITAGE

1999

Partnership formed

Kinoulton Farm Barns is a small collection of four traditional barn conversions on the edge of the village of Kinoulton. This carefully considered development preserves the character and agricultural heritage of the original buildings, blending authentic materials and proportions with modern living standards. As Webster Homes’ first completed scheme, it set the benchmark for our approach to quality, craftsmanship, and sensitive rural design.

Stroxton

Set on the edge of the village of Stroxton, this seven-home scheme brings together four barn conversions and three new houses arranged as a cohesive rural enclave. The development was shaped around scale, proportion, and materials, allowing old and new to sit naturally alongside one another. The result is a balanced village setting that feels established, considered, and rooted in its surroundings.

Eaton

Completed in 2008, this development comprised two prestigious detached homes in the village of Eaton. Built using traditional stonework and carefully selected natural materials, the houses were designed to sit comfortably within their rural setting. Attention to detail, proportion, and craftsmanship defined the scheme, reinforcing Webster Homes’ commitment to timeless village architecture and enduring build quality.

Old Dalby-Sewston

Between 2001 and 2005, Webster Homes delivered a series of small rural developments across Leicestershire, including projects in Old Dalby, Sewstern, and the Old Sheepwash Barn. These schemes focused on sensitive conversions and low-density village housing, rooted in traditional forms and materials. This period established Webster Homes’ long-standing commitment to rural settings, craftsmanship, and development that respects local character.

Harlaxton

In 2006, Webster Homes delivered a small number of substantial detached homes in the villages of Harlaxton and Foston. These individually designed properties marked a shift towards larger family houses, with a focus on space, presence, and long-term quality. The developments reflected a growing confidence in delivering high-quality village homes on a more ambitious scale.

2016-2017

Edwards Lane

Following a brief period away from development, Webster Homes returned in 2016 with a scheme on Edwards Lane in Nottingham. The project comprised three newly built detached homes alongside the restoration of a substantial existing property. Set within a more urban environment, the development marked a transition into city-edge living, balancing new build design with careful refurbishment and respect for the established streetscape.
